What’s Included In Your Cleaning Service?
Every cleaning service we offer covers your entire home. We also provide add-on options such as fridge interior cleaning, oven cleaning, cabinet interiors, and window cleaning. Need something specific? We’re happy to customize the cleaning to your unique needs.
Will I Have the Same Cleaner Each Time?
Most likely, yes. While we can’t guarantee it every time, we strive to send the same cleaner for consistency. Our entire team is trained to follow the same processes and quality standards to ensure excellent service at every visit.
Are Your Cleaning Products Safe for Children and Pets?
We use common, market-standard cleaning products. However, if you have specific preferences or wish for us to use your own products, we’re happy to accommodate—just let us know during your in-home estimate.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept cash, Zelle, or check.
Is My Presence Required During Cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients are not home during their cleanings. You can choose to leave a key, use a lockbox, provide door codes, or arrange access in the way that works best for you.
When Are Your Cleaning Services Available?
We clean Monday through Friday, with appointments available between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you require service outside of these hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do You Provide the Cleaning Supplies?
Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies, including vacuums and mops. If you prefer we use your own products, please inform us in advance and have them ready for use.
What Does a Deep Cleaning Involve?
A deep cleaning includes everything in a standard cleaning, plus extra attention to built-up grime, hard-to-reach spots, soap scum, and more. We also move light furniture (when possible) and perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, providing a thorough top-to-bottom clean.
How Long Does a Typical Cleaning Take?
The time required depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning (standard or deep). For a more accurate estimate, please complete our form or schedule a free in-home consultation.
